The latest buzz in the HCG community is about a new HCG alternative. However, though the product has been out only a short time, it has not gotten many positive reviews. On close examination, this would seem to be expected. Not only does the product cost more, it contains no genuine HCG whatsoever.
What Is It?
The manufacturer has created a proprietary compound known as Alt-hCG rM. This is essentially an artificial version of the hormone. Now, artificial hormones are not completely unknown to the medical profession; “bio-identical” hormones are used to treat some of the symptoms of menopause. Big agricultural corporations use them in meat and dairy products as well, which is a source of serious controversy.
