Reading this book which was written by someone that was formerly overweight will open your eyes to many unique insights into the realm of diet, fitness, and exercise. Rob Poulos has truly devised a great system here for all to explore. He had previously tried a great many different methods and none of them really led him to much success. That is why he opted to devise his own system based on his own individual needs and success requirements.
