Bride's Diet For Dramatic Results!
Whenever I write or present on the topic of bride’s diet for dramatic results people always ask two questions: First: How dramatic is the weight loss and Second: Is it safe? First, and most importantly, the program I am going to share (and the comprehensive program found in this article links and the author bio links below) is 100% natural, healthy and safe. Secondly, following the bride’s diet for dramatic results you can expect to lose at a minimum 2+ pounds of pure fat per week…many lose much more than that each week! Limit daily calories to 1,800
Eat five small meals a day (300 – 400 calories per meal)
Eat at least every four hours. Avoiding getting hungry actually accelerates fat burning.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day
Tell your friends and loved ones you plan to lose weight. This increases your commitment and they will help you overcome when food temptations occur.
Have at least one protein shake a day – up to 300 calories. These are super nutritious, and interestingly, they provide a mild appetite supressant. You can find a wide selection at GNC or Super Suppliments among other stores.
Exercise – A little goes a long way! Just 20-30 mins, 3 times per week will really kick your fat burning engine into high gear!
I have never met anyone that followed the bride’s diet as outlined above and the diet plan here, that did not successfully and permantly lose their unwanted weight!
You can achieve this! Just take it one day at a time…remember…don’t allow yourself to get really hungry. Hunger kills diets because it leads to mood changes, irritability and overeating.
